YOUR PERSONALIZED ROADMAP
$195 · One-time investment
Your purchase includes my personal review of your completed questionnaire and the creation of your customized 9–12 month Christine A. Roadmap. Once you check out, you will receive the link to the questionnaire in your inbox.
CREATED FOR YOU
This is not an automatically generated plan. I personally review your goals, experience, schedule, available equipment, preferences and lifestyle, then build your Roadmap around what I believe will help you make meaningful, sustainable progress.
DELIVERY
Your completed Roadmap will be delivered digitally within 7–10 business days of receiving your completed questionnaire.
You’ll receive a beautifully organized guide designed to be saved, referenced and returned to throughout your 9–12 month journey.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Your purchase includes your personalized Roadmap and the guidance contained within it.
Because the Roadmap is designed for individuals who are comfortable working independently, it does not include ongoing coaching, workout supervision, exercise-form assessment, regular check-ins or continued program adjustments.
Have a question when you receive it?
I want you to feel confident beginning your Roadmap. One follow-up email is included after delivery to clarify anything within your plan.
WANT MORE GUIDANCE ALONG THE WAY?
Your Roadmap is designed to give you everything you need to move forward independently—but independent doesn't have to mean entirely on your own.
If you reach a point where you would benefit from more personalized guidance, have questions that require more than a quick clarification, want help assessing your progress, or simply want to talk through what comes next, virtual one-on-one sessions can be added at any point for an additional fee.
Use them when you need them. Continue independently when you don't.
There is no ongoing coaching commitment required.
IS THE ROADMAP RIGHT FOR YOU?
The Roadmap is designed for generally healthy adults who are able to exercise independently and are looking for thoughtful, personalized direction.
It may not be the right fit if you are currently managing an injury, recovering from surgery, have a medical condition that requires exercise supervision or individualized clinical guidance, are pregnant or newly postpartum and have not been cleared for exercise, or need hands-on instruction to exercise safely.
When appropriate, please seek clearance or guidance from your physician, physical therapist or other qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program.

The Roadmap
PHASE ONE · FOUNDATION
Months 1–3
We begin with what matters most: creating a foundation you can actually sustain.
Your first phase establishes the movement, strength, recovery, and everyday habits that will support everything that follows. Rather than trying to change everything at once, your Roadmap identifies the priorities that matter most for you and gives you a realistic structure for making them part of your life.
This is where you learn to move with greater intention, establish consistency, and create a baseline that works even when life gets busy.
Build habits. Move well. Establish your base.
PHASE TWO · BUILD
Months 4–6
Once the foundation is there, we build upon it.
Your Roadmap will show you how to progressively challenge your body in ways that support your particular goals—whether that means becoming stronger, building muscle, improving cardiovascular fitness, increasing your capacity for the activities you love, or some combination of them.
You'll learn when and how to progress rather than simply doing more.
Because progress should be purposeful.
Progress safely. Get stronger. Expand your capacity.
PHASE THREE · THRIVE
Months 7–9
By now, fitness should feel less like something you are trying to fit into your life and more like something that belongs there.
This phase is about bringing together everything you've built.
You'll continue progressing toward your goals while learning to adapt your training to real life—busy weeks, travel, changing schedules, fluctuations in energy, and periods when maintaining rather than progressing is exactly the right choice.
The structure remains, but your understanding begins to take the lead.
Feel the results. Integrate them into your life. Grow your confidence.
PHASE FOUR · OWN IT
Months 10–12
This is where the Roadmap begins to hand the reins to you.
Instead of introducing another increasingly complicated phase, the final months are about learning to recognize what your body needs and building a sustainable rhythm you can carry forward.
You'll understand what a productive training week looks like for you, what your minimum effective routine is when life gets full, when you're ready to push harder, and when maintaining is enough.
The goal is no longer to follow a plan perfectly.
The goal is to know how to create the plan you need.
Maintain with ease.
Stay consistent.
Create a strong, sustainable future.
WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE
Your Roadmap is not a template with your name added to the top.
I personally review your questionnaire and consider the intersection of your goals, experience, available time, equipment, preferences, challenges and lifestyle before creating your plan.
Your personalized Roadmap may include:
• Your 9–12 month fitness and movement strategy
• A realistic weekly training structure built around your life
• Strength-training priorities and progression guidance
• Cardiovascular and everyday movement recommendations
• Guidance for full training days—and the shorter days when 20 minutes is what you have
• Recovery and lifestyle priorities
• Practical nutrition principles that support your goals
• Clear milestones for knowing when you're ready to progress
• Strategies for vacations, busy seasons and disrupted routines
• Your personal “floor”—the minimum that keeps you moving forward when life gets full
• Guidance for adapting your routine as your fitness improves
• A long-term framework for maintaining your progress independently
The result is one clear place to return to whenever you find yourself wondering:
What should I be doing right now?
THIS MAY BE FOR YOU IF…
You’re comfortable exercising independently but want expert direction.
You’re tired of piecing together conflicting fitness advice and wondering whether you're doing the right things.
You’ve exercised before, but your routine lacks structure or progression.
You want to become stronger and healthier without organizing your entire life around fitness.
You value having a plan—but you don't need or want someone beside you for every workout.
Or perhaps you simply want someone to look at the whole picture and tell you:
Here is where I would start. Here is what matters most. And here is how I would build from there.
NOT ANOTHER PROGRAM
Most programs begin with the program.
This one begins with you.
Your goals.
Your body.
Your experience.
Your schedule.
Your equipment.
Your preferences.
Your actual life.
I don't believe fitness needs to become your life in order to meaningfully change it.
Your Roadmap is designed to help you build a way of moving that supports the things you want to do, the person you want to become, and the life you want to live.
THE GOAL IS AUTONOMY
There is an important difference between following a program and understanding how to care for your body.
I want you to develop the latter.
Over the course of your Roadmap, the structure intentionally evolves. Early on, you may need more direction. As the months progress, you'll begin making more decisions yourself.
You'll learn what consistency actually looks like in your life. You'll understand how to progress without constantly chasing intensity. You'll know how to modify your expectations during demanding seasons without abandoning your fitness altogether.
Eventually, you won't need someone else to tell you what a successful week should look like.
You'll know.
Because ultimately, success isn't becoming dependent on the perfect plan.
It's developing the knowledge and confidence to move forward without one.
HOW IT WORKS
01 · TELL ME ABOUT YOU
Complete the in-depth Christine A. Roadmap Questionnaire.
I'll ask about your goals, current fitness, movement history, schedule, available equipment, preferences, lifestyle, and the obstacles that have made consistency or progress difficult in the past.
02 · I BUILD YOUR ROADMAP
I personally review your responses and build your customized framework.
This isn't an automatically generated plan. Your answers inform the priorities, structure and progression I recommend specifically for you.
03 · BEGIN WITH FOUNDATION
You'll receive your completed Roadmap and begin with Phase One.
From there, you'll have a clear path forward—along with the tools to understand when you're ready to progress.
04 · OWN IT
As you move through the Roadmap, the goal gradually changes from following my guidance to understanding how to guide yourself.
By the end, you won't simply have completed a program.
You'll have built your own framework for a lifetime of movement.
READY TO BUILD YOUR ROADMAP?
You already have a life.
Your fitness should make it stronger, fuller and more capable—not compete with it.
