Fitness should make your life bigger, not become your life.
I’m Christine, and I created The Christine A. Method around a simple philosophy: you already possess far more of what you need to become stronger, healthier, and more capable than you likely realize.
I also believe that fitness absolutely can—and should—fit your lifestyle. My role is to empower you with knowledge and give you the strategies and structure to build a personalized, truly sustainable system into your life.
I believe in training with purpose. In building real strength. In moving often. In eating predominantly real, nourishing food. And in creating habits disciplined enough to produce change—but flexible enough to survive an actual life.
Because you have one. And you deserve to enjoy it.
A life with careers. Children. Families. Travel. Dinners out. Busy weeks. Seasons when you have more to give and seasons when you have less. I myself am a mom of 3 little kids, and I can promise you, I get it.
Your fitness shouldn’t require you to organize your entire life around it.
It should be designed around you.
That’s why my work begins well before I choose an exercise.
Before we do anything, I want to understand what you want your body to be capable of. What movement you enjoy. What you avoid. How you eat. Where your days get difficult. How much time you actually have. What has worked before—and what has repeatedly fallen apart.
From there we build.
I’m not here to manufacture strength, discipline, or capability for you. Those things are already yours. I’m here to help you recognize and develop them—to give you the knowledge, tools, structure, and confidence to use what is already within your capacity.
Ultimately, the goal isn’t dependence on me.
It’s ownership.
Of your strength.
Of your health.
Of the way you move through your life.
The Christine A. Method brings together intentional strength training, balance, mobility work, purposeful movement, whole-food nutrition, and sustainable routines into an approach built around the individual.
Because a strong, resilient body shouldn’t be the end goal.
It should be an asset you carry into the rest of your life.
That is the kind of fitness I believe in.
Private personal fitness, reimagined.

Philosophy
The Christine A. Method is built around 3 core principles, that each training session is designed to incorporate.
Mind to muscle connection
When we train, I will guide you to connect your breath and awareness to each muscle activation, so that your body and mind are working in concert.
Learning to tether your awareness to the actions of your different muscle groups amplifies your results as it becomes something that you carry throughout your life - not just during a fitness routine.
Progressive loading
This is often understood to mean “adding heavier and heavier weights over time” but that doesn’t quite capture the full picture.
Yes we will learn to safely increase weights in a gradual and safe progression over time, but effective progressions are also made by making modifications to form and sometimes simply by slowing down or increasing the pace of each movement.
Time optimization
What this looks like in practice:
Safely training to failure, where relevant
Incorporating simple rituals of movement at key periods throughout the day
